Jakarta, April 9 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto arrived in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), on Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. local time to meet with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

In an official statement received here, the president's arrival was greeted by several officials, including UAE Minister of Energy Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei.

After being welcomed with a guard of honor, President Prabowo then headed to a hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The bilateral meeting between the two leaders is set to take place at the Qasr Al Shati Palace, the UAE President's residence.
