Jakarta, June 25 -- President Prabowo Subianto exchanged views on bilateral relations and global developments during a phone call with South Korean President Lee Jae-myung, who took office earlier this month.

The conversation took place on Monday evening (June 23), according to Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, who shared the information on Tuesday.

"The two leaders exchanged views regarding the global situation and agreed to continue and strengthen their bilateral partnership," read a statement posted on the Cabinet Secretariat's official Instagram account.
