Jakarta, June 16 -- The West Jakarta police on Monday disclosed the discovery of a clandestine laboratory producing illegal "happy water" powder in an apartment building in Cengkarang, West Jakarta.

"We have uncovered a clandestine lab in an apartment in Cengkareng," chief of the West Jakarta Police's Narcotics Division, Commissioner Vernal Armando, said.

During the raid, police officers found several raw materials and drug precursors used for producing the "happy water" powder, he informed.

However, he did not provide further details about the underground drug lab, saying it is still being investigated.
