Jakarta, March 6 -- The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is planning to collaborate with the Supreme Audit Board (BPK) to calculate the state losses resulting from the alleged corruption in oil and fuel purchases by national oil and gas company Pertamina.

"We will seek the BPK's assistance to assess the state losses. The calculation will begin soon," Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin told the media at his office in Jakarta on Thursday.

He informed that he has instructed Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah to expedite the investigation into the graft case, which has sparked nationwide outrage.
