Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- The National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) has reported that the construction of permanent housing for victims of the Mount Lewotobi Laki-laki eruption in East Flores District, East Nusa Tenggara, has begun at four relocation sites.
BNPB's Head of Data, Information, and Communication Center, Abdul Muhari, confirmed here on Wednesday that the permanent housing is being built by the Ministry of Housing and Settlements as part of the post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction phase.
"Two of the four planned permanent housing sites have entered the construction phase and are currently underway, while the other two locations are still in the technical preparation and land development stages," Abdul Muhari said.
