Jakarta, July 1 -- The House of Representatives (DPR) has said that it will follow up on a letter issued by President Prabowo Subianto concerning the Bill to ratify the extradition agreement between Indonesia and the Russian Federation into law.

During the DPR's 21st Plenary Session of the IV Session Period of the 2024-2025 legislative year on Tuesday, Deputy Speaker Adies Kadir confirmed that the letter, numbered R34/Pres/06/2025, was received on June 5, 2025.

"The letter concerns the Bill on Ratification of an Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the Russian Federation on Extradition," Kadir, who presided over the plenary session at the parliament complex, said.
