Jakarta, March 14 -- Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Anindya Novyan Bakrie stated that not all industrial and business sectors can implement work from anywhere (WFA) during the Eid homecoming period.

This follows the government's appeal to private companies to implement WFA for their employees ahead of Eid to ensure smooth transportation during the holiday rush.

"Not all sectors can implement WFA, like in factories (in labor-intensive sectors), there must be considerations because they have clients, so their responsibilities must be fulfilled," Bakrie remarked after the inauguration of the Kadin Indonesia management for the 2024-2029 term here on Friday.
