Jakarta, Sept. 14 -- Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana confirmed that tourist activity and destinations in Bali remain unaffected despite recent flooding on the island.

She made the statement during her visit to several flood-affected areas on Saturday (September 13).

According to the ministry's press release on Sunday, Wardhana accompanied President Prabowo Subianto during his inspection of Gajah Mada Street in Denpasar, one of the areas impacted by the flood.

The President and his entourage visited residential neighborhoods, including Gang IV alley, where they spoke with local residents.
