Badung, Bali, Feb. 6 -- The newly inaugurated Bali Tourism Police Station is aimed at strengthening tourist protection and Bali's image as a world-class destination, according to Bali Regional Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya.
"This tourism police station is more than just a symbol of the police's presence; it is a tangible service for both tourists and the community," the regional police chief said in Badung, Bali, on Friday.
Through the tourism police unit, the Bali Regional Police aim to ensure that every tourist feels safe, comfortable, and protected while staying on the Island.
Adityajaya expressed optimism that with synergy from all parties, Bali's tourism sector will become stronger and more competitive.
