Jakarta, Feb. 23 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli has highlighted the need to strengthen skills as a primary strategy for workers to navigate disruptions caused by artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics in the modern workforce.

"I am confident that through togetherness and collaboration, we are ready to face these changes. Our spirit at the Ministry of Manpower is to address this with the principle of inclusivity - ensuring that no one is left behind," he stated in a statement on Monday.

The minister further said that any change or disruption in industries must be prevented from causing workers to be left behind, laid off, or marginalized.
