Jakarta, Dec. 7 -- The Ministry of Public Works said national roads in Langkat, North Sumatra, have been restored to normal conditions following recent flooding.
Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo said the ministry's preparedness, infrastructure, and resources have been key components in supporting disaster recovery efforts across affected regions.
"We are ensuring that equipment support from technical agencies can be mobilized whenever needed, including to open access and assist the evacuation process," Dody said in a statement here on Sunday.
