Jakarta, Sept. 23 -- The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has affirmed its commitment to carry out a comprehensive transformation and reform.
Chief of the Polri Transformation Reform Team and Head of the Police Education and Training Institute (Kalemdiklat Polri), Commissioner General Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, said on Tuesday in Jakarta that the transformation covers not only physical and bureaucratic structural changes but also a value transformation, including morality, humanity, transparency, and improved public service.
"This transformation is a courage to learn from the past, correct mistakes, face current societal challenges and expectations, and prepare for a better future," he said.
