Jakarta, July 14 -- The Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) officially launched its traffic enforcement operation Operasi Patuh Jaya 2025 nationwide on Monday.

"The National Police, through Korlantas and regional traffic directorates, is conducting Operasi Patuh, a regionally coordinated traffic safety operation running from July 14 to July 27, 2025," Operations Chief at Korlantas Polri Commissioner Aries Syahbudin noted in a statement here on Monday.

The operation aims to improve road safety, order, and traffic flow, referred to locally as kamseltibcarlantas. It also supports the upcoming National Road Traffic and Transport Safety Day, observed annually on September 19.
