Jakarta, Oct. 30 -- Indonesia's Minister of Manpower Yassierli on Thursday called on businesses to support the National Internship Program for fresh graduates, saying it plays a key role in developing skilled and competitive young talent.
"Through the internship program, companies not only gain access to young talent but also help shape a generation of competent, globally competitive workers," Yassierli said in a statement.
He said the initiative forms part of the government's national strategy to accelerate the growth of high-quality human resources capable of adapting to rapid technological changes and future industry demands.
