Jakarta, June 19 -- The Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture has decided to reactivate the national movement to address violence against children in response to the increasing cases of child rights violations in Indonesia.

"We remind all parties of the importance of collaboration to answer challenges related to sexual violence, and violence against children in general," the ministry's deputy for the coordination of family and population quality improvement, Woro Srihastuti Sulistyaningrum, said on Thursday.

"This is a national movement to suppress violence against children," she added.
