Jakarta, June 26 -- The Communication and Digital Affairs Ministry has expressed its support for cross-sector collaboration to develop digital talents for the subsea connectivity sector in Indonesia.

Head of the ministry's Human Resources Development Agency Bonifasius Wahyu Pudjianto emphasized that Indonesia, as an archipelagic nation, needs to develop and govern undersea connectivity to ensure both domestic and global interconnectivity.

"The subsea connectivity ecosystem development in Indonesia is not just about building physical infrastructure, it is also about preparing the human resources," Pudjianto explained at a press conference here on Thursday.
