Jakarta, Jan. 23 -- The Ministry of Population and Family Development continues to provide family planning and trauma healing services to flood- and landslide-affected residents in Sumatra, including those still staying in evacuation centers.

The services primarily focus on protecting families, especially vulnerable groups, to ensure their safety amid the crisis.

Minister of Population and Family Development Wihaji, in a statement in Jakarta on Friday, noted that his ministry is deploying family planning and Generation Planning (GenRe) field workers to provide trauma healing support in collaboration with psychologists.
