Jakarta, April 20 -- The Ministry of Environment has launched Ministerial Regulation Number 02 of 2025 concerning the Environmental Services Payment System (PJLH) Development, marking a new chapter in the country's environmental policy.

"Indigenous peoples, forest farmers, and nature-protector communities who have been working selflessly can now receive compensation based on their work in maintaining ecosystems," Minister of Environment, Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, said in a statement received here on Sunday.
