Jakarta, Feb. 10 -- Deputy Minister of Transmigration, Viva Yoga Mauladi, expressed hope that the free health check program will prioritize transmigration areas since they are important national food barns.
"We hope this free health check program will also become a priority in transmigration areas. The areas are an important part of maintaining food security as rice production centers," he added in Jakarta on Monday.
He expressed the hope that prioritizing the program in transmigration locations would improve transmigrants' quality of life, thereby allowing them to contribute to building the nation through food self-sufficiency efforts.
