Jakarta, Feb. 18 -- The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education is seeking to forge more cooperation agreements to expand school revitalization and restore learning in Sumatra following recent floods and landslides.
Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti in Jakarta on Wednesday stated that as of February 15, his ministry had signed revitalization cooperation pacts with 746 schools with a total value of Rp866.5 billion (approximately US$51.3 million).
He expounded that the 746 schools comprise 340 in Aceh, 210 in North Sumatra, and 196 in West Sumatra.
