Jakarta, March 1 -- The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology has urged postgraduate scholarship recipients to foster an excellent scientific culture.

The ministry's Director General of Higher Education, Khairul Munadi, delivered this message during an online meeting with 702 scholarship recipients on Friday (February 28).

"Higher education is not just a way to earn an academic degree but also an investment in the future of our nation," he remarked, as quoted in the ministry's statement here on Saturday.

According to the director general, scholarship recipients have a significant responsibility to advance knowledge and contribute to Indonesia's development.
