Jakarta, Nov. 3 -- The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) believes that expanding vocational education and training based on green competencies can accelerate the transformation of the workforce in the environmentally friendly sector (green jobs), which is increasingly relevant and in demand.

"This expansion can be achieved through curriculum reforms to align with the needs of green jobs," said RR Sri Gadis Pari Bekti, the Industrial Expert Advisor at the Green Industry Center of the Ministry of Industry, during a public discussion in Jakarta on Monday.
