Jakarta, July 31 -- The Communication and Digital Affairs Ministry is collaborating with other ministries to implement Regulation Number 17 of 2025 on the Governance of Electronic System Operation in Child Protection ( PP Tunas ) to improve safeguards for children in cyberspace.

Communication and Digital Affairs Minister Meutya Hafid said here on Thursday that PP Tunas has been formulated to protect children from the harmful effects of cyberspace, particularly interactions with strangers, exposure to adult content, exploitation, addiction, and mental health issues.
