Jakarta, June 13 -- The Ministry for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (KP2MI), along with two other ministries, is reviewing and finalizing plans to place Indonesian caregivers for the elderly in Singapore.
The two other ministries involved are the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KemenPPPA) and the Ministry of Manpower, as stated by KP2MI in Jakarta on Thursday (June 12).
"We plan to use the p-to-p (private to private) scheme for the caregivers' placement to Singapore," Deputy Minister of Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers, Christina Aryani, stated in an online discussion on Thursday.
