Jakarta, Feb. 24 -- The Ministry of Trade and Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises have agreed to synergize efforts (SOEs) to develop and empower export-ready micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

This synergy was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) by the two ministries on Monday. The MoU covers cooperation in strengthening domestic supply chains, increasing human resource capacity, and increasing financing support, among others.

Deputy Minister of Trade Dyah Roro Esti said that the MoU is a strategic step by both ministries to bolster synergy to encourage national economic growth through MSMEs.
