Jakarta, June 24 -- Social Affairs Minister Saifullah Yusuf has requested that President Prabowo Subianto personally deliver a briefing to headmasters and teachers of tuition-free schools established under the Sekolah Rakyat (People's School) program.

"We would like to request Mr. President to take the time to brief headmasters and teachers," he remarked during a limited meeting with Prabowo at the president's private residence in Bogor, West Java, on Monday (June 23) night.

On the occasion, Yusuf informed the president that the Sekolah Rakyat program has entered its first phase of implementation, according to an official statement received on Tuesday.
