Jakarta, March 6 -- Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) Minister Meutya Hafid called on Indonesian youth to move beyond being mere technology users to becoming actors capable of driving the country's pursuit of digital transformation.

"We want youngsters to not only use (technology) but also act as pioneers that shape the future of this nation's digital landscape," Hafid noted in the ministry's release here on Thursday.

During an audience with representatives of the Pemuda Katolik (Catholic Youths) organization at her office in Jakarta on Tuesday (March 4), Hafid highlighted that the Komdigi Ministry has devised several initiatives to help young talents embrace digital transformation.
