Jakarta, Dec. 23 -- Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Arifah Fauzi targets 300 large companies to set up Women Workers' Protection Centers (RP3) within the next two years.
"We hope that within the next two years, at least 300 large companies in Indonesia will establish RP3 in accordance with established standards," she said during the 97th Mother's Day commemoration event in Jakarta on Monday.
On that occasion, Fauzi launched the RP3 initiative within her ministry. The establishment, according to her, is an implementation of the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Minister's Regulation Number 1 of 2023 on Providing Women Workers' Protection Centers in the Workplace.
