Jakarta, July 1 -- Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment Muhaimin Iskandar has voiced his support for building the North Bali International Airport, which will be located in Buleleng, Bali.
"If this airport is developed quickly, empowerment efforts will also accelerate, which will motivate us. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will grow, and the creative economy will thrive," Minister Iskandar noted in a statement here on Tuesday.
He remarked that the airport's development in northern Bali is expected to boost cultural empowerment, especially given that Bali has already met three key conditions to become a developed region.
