Jakarta, Dec. 9 -- Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Rini Widyantini emphasized that public services must be inclusive and friendly for vulnerable groups.

She noted that in the 2024 Global Inclusivity Index, Indonesia's public services were ranked 125th out of 152 countries.

"This is still very low. Thus, this is homework for all of us," she said during a focused group discussion titled Guarding the Quality of Public Service Oversight in Jakarta on Tuesday.

She noted that the number of vulnerable groups in Indonesia is currently still quite high.
