Jakarta, Aug. 8 -- Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Arifah Fauzi, has expressed the hope that the broadcasting industry will support child protection efforts by producing child-friendly programs in the digital era.

"Hopefully, the broadcasting industry will always be a partner for parents and educators in creating a healthy and safe ecosystem for the growth and development of Indonesian children," she said at the 2025 Child-Friendly Broadcasting Awards event here on Friday.

Fauzi lauded the efforts of broadcasters to air programs that are not only entertaining, but also educational and inspiring.
