Jakarta, July 18 -- Ministry of Youth and Sports is promoting early-stage football talent development through the 2025 Menpora Cup U-12 and U-15 tournaments, held across 34 provinces, with the kickoff taking place in Ternate, North Maluku.

"I believe North Maluku holds a wealth of potential that could one day carry on the legacy of our national team seniors," Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo stated at the opening ceremony of the Menpora Cup U-12 and U-15 2025 in Ternate, as quoted by the ministry's website on Friday.
