Jakarta, Feb. 14 -- Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro stressed the need for high-quality and relevant medical education to overcome the country's challenges.
The minister made this statement at the 32nd Congress of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, on Thursday (February 13).
"High-quality and relevant medical education is key to solving the strategic challenges Indonesia faces as it works towards Golden Indonesia and a healthy Indonesia," he noted in the ministry's press statement released on Friday.
