Jakarta, May 1 -- The government is already addressing several demands voiced by the Indonesian workforce during this year's International Workers' Day celebrations, according to State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi.
"In fact, we are currently working on several demands, including one related to layoff mitigation. Over the past few weeks, we have engaged in intensive discussions to determine which points need special attention," he remarked at the National Monument (Monas), Jakarta, on Thursday.
