Jakarta, Aug. 4 -- Inpex Masela announced the official start of the front-end engineering and design (FEED) phase for the Abadi LNG project in the Masela block in Tanimbar, Maluku.
Inpex Masela acts as the operator on behalf of its joint venture partners: Pertamina Hulu Energi Masela and Petronas Masela.
"The FEED work includes reviewing and establishing specifications for facilities that produce and process hydrocarbons from the Abadi gas field, as well as the onshore LNG plant (OLNG)," according to an official statement from Inpex, confirmed by ANTARA in Jakarta on Monday.
