Jakarta, Jan. 23 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli has called for inclusivity at vocational training centers (BLKs) to ensure all citizens, including people with disabilities, have equal access to skills training and decent employment.

"We must create equal opportunities for all. Every citizen has the right to work and live a prosperous life," he asserted in his statement here on Friday.

The minister further stated that the development of BLKs must align with current and future industrial needs, such as information technology, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence (AI).

According to the minister, vocational training is a strategic solution to address labor challenges while also supporting regional economic growth.
