Central Lombok, NTB, March 1 -- State tourism holding ITDC (InJourney) planted trees in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province, on Saturday under the InJourney Green program, which promotes green tourism.

"This program aims to establish green tourism in Mandalika," general manager of the Mandalika, Wahyu M. Nugroho, said here on Saturday.

He added that the tree plantation in the Mandalika area was part of a larger goal for all subsidiaries of InJourney to plant 27,850 trees by the end of 2025.

The initiative was based on an earlier agenda, which included the planting of 10 thousand trees leading up to the Indonesian GP 2024 event.
