Jakarta, Nov. 11 -- Head of the National Library (Perpusnas) E. Aminudin Aziz said the Community Literacy Volunteers (Relima) movement, driven by enthusiasm, sincerity, and consistency, strengthens literacy as a foundation for national development.

"The spirit of Relima volunteers continues to grow. They work sincerely without complaint, despite limited incentives. Their persistence in remaining active, even when facing rejection, drives the literacy movement forward," he said in a statement here on Tuesday.
