Denpasar, Bali, Aug. 2 -- Several domestic flights at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali were disrupted due to the eruption of Mount Lewotobi Laki-laki in East Flores District, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), on Saturday.

General Manager of the airport Ahmad Syaugi Shahab informed that as of Saturday afternoon, six flights had been delayed and one had been postponed.

"Some of the domestic flights that experienced delays included three flights from Batik Air to Labuan Bajo, one flight from Wings Air to Tambolaka, and two Lion Air flights from Denpasar to Kupang," he informed.

Meanwhile, AirAsia had to postpone its flight from Denpasar to Labuan Bajo, Shahab added.
