Jakarta, Sept. 15 -- The General Elections Commission (KPU) has ruled that 16 documents required for presidential and vice-presidential candidate registration are classified as exempt information, meaning they cannot be released without the approval of the relevant parties.
The decision is set out in KPU Decree Number 731 of 2025 on the Determination of Documents Required for Presidential and Vice-Presidential Candidate Pairs as Public Information Exempted by the KPU.
