Jakarta, Nov. 26 -- Indonesia's Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said on Tuesday it respects President Prabowo Subianto's decision to grant rehabilitation to three defendants in a corruption case involving state-owned ferry operator PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry.

KPK Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu said the commission is still waiting for the presidential decree before determining its next legal steps.

The three rehabilitated defendants are Ira Puspadewi, ASDP president director from 2017-2024; Muhammad Yusuf Hadi, commercial and services director from 2019-2024; and Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono, planning and development director from 2020-2024.
