Jakarta, Oct. 17 -- KP2MI and the Foreign Ministry signed an MoU to enhance protection and services for Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) by integrating PMI data between the two ministries.

The MoU was signed between the Minister of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection (P2MI) Mukhtarudin and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono at the Pancasila Building on Thursday (Oct 16), according to a statement from the P2MI Ministry (KP2MI) in Jakarta on Friday.

Mukhtarudin hopes that the collaboration will benefit Indonesian migrant workers, particularly in terms of services and protection.
