Indonesia, Nov. 13 -- Higher Education, Research, and Technology Ministry stated that support for beneficiaries of the Smart Indonesia College Card (KIPK) is part of the ministry's initiative to bridge the gaps in access to higher education.
Deputy Minister for Higher Education, Research, and Technology Stella Christie explained that the ministry vows to seek a sustainable solution for the beneficiaries, whose economic condition challenges their learning experience.
She made the statement during a visit to the residence of Susan, a Hasanuddin University KIPK scholarship awardee in Pettarani, Makassar, on Thursday. According to her, support like that is a form of long-term investment for Indonesian talents.
