Jakarta, March 3 -- Governor of Jakarta Pramono Anung Wibowo is fully supportive and ready to work with the central government on the free Eid al-Fitr homecoming program, including the "work from anywhere" (WFA) plan, starting March 24, 2025.

"The Jakarta Provincial Government will fully support the implementation and preparation for the Eid exodus, and if the central government decides to go ahead with WFA," he remarked here on Monday.

He believes that WFA can help ease traffic congestion and crowds during the Eid homecoming period.

Wibowo revealed that the Jakarta Provincial Government will prepare a free homecoming program for Jakarta's residents by providing 520 buses.
