Jakarta, Dec. 4 -- The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government announced that it has allocated a budget to continue the construction of the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) project from Pluit and Muara Angke to Kali Lencong in 2026.

"In 2026, we have allocated funds to continue the NCICD, including 530 meters in Pluit, 350 meters in Muara Angke, and 750 meters in Kali Lencong," Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo said on Thursday. He did not specify the total amount of the budget prepared.

He explained that by 2025, completed sections of the NCICD include the 1.2-kilometer Ancol segment, the 1.1-kilometer Muara Angke mitigation embankment, and 400 meters of the 600-meter Baywalk Pluit section.
