Jakarta, Jan. 31 -- The Jakarta Provincial Government ensured the continuation of the Rorotan Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) Plant's operations in a phased, measured, and controlled manner, prioritizing the safety and comfort of local residents.
"The Rorotan RDF Plant is a strategic regional infrastructure built to address the challenges of Jakarta's future waste management," the Head of the Jakarta Environmental Agency (DLH), Asep Kuswanto, conveyed on Saturday.
According to Kuswanto, the plant's operations are conducted in measured stages and are closely monitored to ensure safety for both the environment and the surrounding community.
