Jakarta, May 27 -- The provincial governments of Jakarta and Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, are hoping to build cooperation to advance economic growth, sustainable development, and cultural exchange.
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo and Chungcheongnam-do Governor Kim Tae-heum signed a letter of intent (LoI) regarding the cooperation in Jakarta on Tuesday.
"Let us strengthen ties in the fields of trade, economy, culture, friendship, sports, and student exchanges," Wibowo said at the Jakarta City Hall on Tuesday.
Most importantly, he added, the cooperation must bring progress and prosperity to both parties.
