Sentani, July 31 -- Jayapura District Head in Papua Province, Yunus Wonda, emphasized that expanding internet access in remote areas is key to breaking isolation and accelerating equal access to public services, particularly in health and education.

During a working visit to Airu Sub-district on Thursday, Wonda said the installation of satellite-based Starlink internet at the Airu Community Health Center (Puskesmas) has significantly improved healthcare services in the remote area.

"With internet access, remote areas like Airu are no longer left behind in terms of information. It breaks barriers and unites us in a faster and more efficient service system," he remarked.
