Jakarta, Aug. 29 -- Indonesia's National Police (Polri) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has pledged to thoroughly address all issues arising from recent violent protests, assuring the public that each case will be handled transparently.
He made the statement after the death of an online motorcycle taxi (ojek) driver, who was struck by a police tactical vehicle during a demonstration on Thursday.
"We will hold a meeting on this. What's clear is that we will address everything one by one," Listyo said in Jakarta on Friday.
