Jakarta, Feb. 14 -- Personnel of the Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) aboard the Indonesian battleship KRI Diponegoro-365 have returned to the homeland after completing their peacekeeping mission under the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
At the Military Sealift Command (Kolinlamil) base in North Jakarta, the TNI-AL Chief of Staff, Admiral Muhammad Ali, greeted the returning navy personnel, who had been deployed for nearly a year to Lebanon and its surrounding waters.
"All personnel, equipment, boats, and helicopters deployed in Lebanon have returned in perfect condition," Admiral Ali stated during a press conference aboard the warship.
